Helix — a real-time 3D configurator for a motorcycle launch

A flagship model launched with zero physical units available to press. We built a real-time, physically-lit 3D configurator good enough to run the entire embargoed launch off of — paint, chrome, and carbon-fibre all rendered live, not pre-baked.

Scope: real-time 3D pipeline, configurator UI, CMS integration.
Result: average session length of 6m40s — over 9x the brand’s previous microsite.
