Vantage — a flagship WebGL site for a footwear label

A sneaker drop site that needed to feel like the shoe, not just show it. Real-time cloth and foam-compression simulation on the product hero, running on a shared texture pipeline with the actual e-commerce PDP.

Scope: WebGL product renderer, e-commerce integration, performance budget enforcement.
Result: drop sold out in 4 minutes, site held 60fps on a five-year-old mid-range phone.
